About Me
My name is Jenely Collado and I am an 18 year old senior at Sports and Medical Sciences Academy. Since young I knew I always wanted to be a part of the medical field. I just didn’t know exactly where until my Sophomore year of high school. In my sophomore year I was really looking into different fields and I just knew Labor and Delivery was something I wanted to do! I love babies and the idea of helping these expectant mothers bring in their newly created lives brings me so much joy and purpose. My project has nothing to do with this though. My project is more focused on one of my many favorite hobbies! I love to watch videos on any and everything, especially animal documentaries. However my favorite ones are the ones that make me feel like I can make a difference. Watching a documentary meant to inspire someone brings me chills every time and I want people to get that same feeling that I do when I watch a documentary. |
My Mission:
I love to meet people from all different walks of life and help them; through a college education I can achieve this with my nursing major. Helping people in their most vulnerable times is what makes me feel fulfilled. Making sure people know that even a stranger will advocate for them and help them get better can help them more than physically and that's what nursing is really about.
